  • Fletchers will open this fall at 133 SE Mizner Boulevard in Downtown Boca Raton, developed by Sam Meitus and Jake Marr.
  • The concept combines a 120-seat restaurant, late-night lounge, and a 40-seat private members club under one roof.
  • Executive Chef and co-founder Michael Stember, a former U.S. Olympian, will lead the kitchen with a menu inspired by New American, Japanese, and Mediterranean flavors.

What the New Concept Brings to Downtown Boca Raton

A new hospitality destination is set to debut in Downtown Boca Raton this fall as Fletchers prepares to open at 133 SE Mizner Boulevard. The venue is designed to evolve throughout the evening, beginning as an upscale dining experience before transitioning into a lively late-night lounge. The concept features a 120-seat restaurant that blends elevated cuisine with an energetic social atmosphere, giving guests multiple experiences without leaving the space.

What Guests Can Expect From the Dining Experience

The kitchen will be led by executive chef and co-founder Michael Stember, whose career has taken an unconventional path. Before entering the culinary world, Stember represented the United States in the 1,500-meter race at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He later built a reputation through Sushi Belly Tower, an invitation-only pop-up that sold out in cities across the country, before opening Ponyboy in Brooklyn. At Fletchers, his menu will combine New American cuisine with Japanese precision and Mediterranean influences.

What the Private Club Includes

In addition to the restaurant, Fletchers will feature a 40-seat private members club designed to offer a more exclusive setting. Members will have access to curated programming, themed events, personalized amenities, and exclusive benefits. The private club is intended to complement the restaurant and lounge, creating a seamless hospitality experience from dinner through late-night entertainment.

What This Means for Boca Raton's Hospitality Scene

Developed by South Florida entrepreneurs Sam Meitus and Jake Marr, Fletchers adds another high-end dining and nightlife concept to Downtown Boca Raton's growing hospitality market. As the city continues attracting luxury residential development, new office investment, and affluent residents, destination restaurants and private clubs are becoming an increasingly important part of the area's mixed-use growth. Fletchers is positioned to serve both locals and visitors looking for a premium dining experience that extends well beyond the dinner table.
