  • Savanna has surpassed $250 million in sales at Olara in West Palm Beach over the last season.
  • The luxury waterfront project has secured 65 contracts over the last five months and has now reached the 10th floor of construction.
  • Olara will include 275 luxury residences, a private marina, and more than 80,000 square feet of wellness-focused amenities.

What the Sales Milestone Means for Olara

Olara continues gaining momentum along West Palm Beach’s rapidly evolving waterfront as the luxury condominium development surpasses $250 million in sales. Developed by Savanna, the 26-story tower has secured 65 contracts since November 2025, while construction has climbed to the 10th floor. The project officially began vertical construction last fall and is expected to be completed in 2028. Located at 1919 North Flagler Drive, Olara will feature 275 luxury residences alongside more than 80,000 square feet of resort-style amenities and a private marina extending directly into the Intracoastal Waterway. Alison Newton said the project’s rapid sales pace reflects continued buyer confidence in West Palm Beach’s waterfront market.
“Olara has translated vision into velocity, surpassing $250M in sales and rising 10 floors above the waterfront as a clear testament to buyer confidence in this incredible community,” Newton said.

What Is Driving Demand at Olara

Developers say buyer demand has been fueled largely by Olara’s wellness-focused lifestyle positioning and waterfront access. The amenity package includes more than 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, yoga spaces, wellness studios, performance training areas, and a five-star regeneration spa operated by Arch Amenities Group. Residents will also receive access to medical concierge services through Sollis Health. One of the project’s standout features is its private marina, which will provide dedicated boat slips, two resident house yachts, and concierge-managed waterfront experiences, including yacht charters and dining excursions. The project also includes a hospitality partnership with the José Andrés Group, marking the company’s first restaurant concept in the Palm Beaches.

What Savanna Says About West Palm Beach Growth

Brian Reiver said West Palm Beach is increasingly transitioning from a seasonal destination into a long-term residential and business hub.
“Businesses are continuing to establish headquarters in the area, bringing new employers and residents to West Palm Beach,” Reiver said.
Savanna believes the continued migration of financial firms, corporations, and affluent buyers into South Florida is helping sustain long-term demand for luxury waterfront real estate.

What This Means for West Palm Beach Real Estate

Olara’s strong sales performance reflects the continued transformation happening across West Palm Beach, particularly along the North Flagler waterfront corridor. The area has seen major investment tied to residential development, healthcare expansion, education projects, and mixed-use redevelopment. Nearby projects include the redevelopment of Currie Park, Good Samaritan Medical Center’s planned mixed-use waterfront district, and Vanderbilt University’s future graduate business campus. Developers continue betting that corporate migration and infrastructure investment will help turn West Palm Beach into a year-round luxury residential market rather than a seasonal second-home destination.

What the Project Could Mean for South Florida Luxury Housing

Projects like Olara highlight how luxury developers are increasingly focusing on wellness, hospitality partnerships, marina access, and lifestyle-driven amenities to compete in South Florida’s growing branded and ultra-luxury condo market. As West Palm Beach continues attracting finance, healthcare, and technology professionals relocating from other major cities, luxury waterfront projects are expected to remain among the region’s strongest-performing real estate sectors
