OKO Group and The Bastion Collection are teaming up to launch Seia and Seia Club, a dual-level dining and social destination that will crown 830 Brickell—Miami’s newest and only stand-alone Class A+ office tower.

Set on the 54th and 55th floors, the project will feature panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline, symbolizing the intersection of global hospitality, luxury dining, and elite networking.

 

Seia Restaurant: Italian Elegance in the Sky

Designed by Zervudachi, Roberts and Macadam London, Seia will seat 178 guests and will be open to the public. The concept draws inspiration from the Roman goddess of sowing seeds, showcasing a seasonal Italian menu centered on nature’s cycles. Expect a balance of contemporary design and organic warmth, matching the culinary pedigree of The Bastion Collection’s Michelin-starred portfolio.

Seia Club: The New Private Power Hub

Seia Club will operate on an invitation-only membership model tailored to Miami’s top executives and cultural tastemakers.

By day, it will host private meetings and business lunches. By night, it will transform into a vibrant setting for social programming, curated dining, and exclusive events. The concept is positioned as Miami’s answer to global members’ clubs like Annabel’s in London or Zero Bond in New York.
