  • Ockap Caviar & Cuisine officially opens May 20 in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
  • The restaurant was developed in collaboration with Ducasse Conseil, the Paris culinary consultancy tied to Alain Ducasse.
  • Every course on the menu incorporates premium caviar, positioning the concept within Miami’s growing luxury dining scene.

What Ockap Caviar & Cuisine Is Bringing to Brickell

A new luxury dining concept centered entirely around caviar is preparing to debut in Miami’s Brickell district. Ockap Caviar & Cuisine will officially open on May 20 at 1060 Brickell Avenue, introducing a fine dining experience built around premium Ossetra caviar integrated into every course. The concept was founded by Dominican restaurateur Oscar Andres Brenes through RAAG Food Corporation and developed alongside Ducasse Conseil, the Paris-based culinary consultancy associated with legendary chef Alain Ducasse. Unlike traditional caviar service, focused mainly on appetizers, Ockap incorporates caviar throughout starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. The restaurant will also launch its own branded caviar label, Ockap Caviar.

What Guests Can Expect at the Restaurant

Executive Chef Carlos Consuegra Graino, who trained with Ducasse Conseil chefs in Paris, is leading the kitchen. The menu combines French culinary technique with Mediterranean and global influences, carefully balancing flavors so caviar enhances dishes without overpowering them. Signature menu items include Caviar Croquetas, Lobster Roll & Caviar, Fried Chicken & Caviar, Sea Bass with Champagne Sabayon & Caviar, and Tagliolini with dill cream and caviar. The restaurant will also offer tasting menus featuring up to 50 grams of premium Ossetra caviar per guest. Beyond the food, the hospitality program leans heavily into luxury experiences with a Champagne-focused wine list, specialty cocktails, and hospitality standards influenced by Parisian fine dining culture. The 2,100-square-foot dining room features bronze finishes, brass accents, linen textures, leather seating, and an outdoor terrace directly facing Brickell Avenue.

What the Opening Signals for Miami Hospitality

Ockap’s launch reflects the continued growth of Miami’s luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors, particularly in Brickell, which has rapidly evolved into one of the city’s leading mixed-use residential and financial districts. Developers and hospitality operators continue targeting the neighborhood as wealthy residents, international buyers, and business travelers fuel demand for high-end dining, branded hospitality, and experiential concepts. The opening also highlights Miami’s growing appeal to internationally recognized culinary operators and hospitality consultants seeking to expand luxury dining footprints outside traditional markets like New York, Paris, and Los Angeles. For Brickell, Ockap adds another hospitality-driven concept catering to affluent residents and visitors looking for premium dining experiences tied to luxury lifestyle branding.
