Developer Oak Row Equities has proposed a new luxury residential tower, First & Fifth, for downtown Miami. The plans have been submitted to the Miami Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) and will be discussed during their January 15 meeting. Positioned near MiamiCentral Station, this project underscores the continued transformation of the city's core.

The proposed building will encompass 700,000 square feet and include 500 high-end residential units. Designed to provide a premium living experience, the tower will feature sophisticated finishes, breathtaking views, and an extensive collection of amenities. Additionally, its design capitalizes on its proximity to key transportation hubs, ensuring seamless connectivity for residents.
Situated across from MiamiCentral Station, First & Fifth enjoys unmatched access to Miami’s primary transit systems, including Brightline, Metrorail, Tri-Rail, and the Metromover. Its strategic location places it within walking distance of significant downtown landmarks, such as Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, the federal courthouse, and the Miami Heat’s arena.
The development is at the heart of a rapidly evolving neighborhood, surrounded by major projects like Miami Worldcenter’s dining and retail spaces and MiamiCentral's new office buildings. First & Fifth's location reflects the area's emergence as a dynamic hub for residential, commercial, and cultural activities.
