  • The NRP Group has broken ground on a 312-unit luxury apartment community within the 10,000-acre Tradition master-planned community in Port St. Lucie.
  • The project will span approximately 18 acres and feature 10 three-story buildings, resort-style amenities, coworking spaces, and private outdoor areas.
  • M&T Bank provided construction financing, with completion targeted for summer 2028.

What Is Planned for the Tradition Community

The NRP Group has started construction on a new 312-unit multifamily community at 13661 SW Village Parkway in Port St. Lucie, bringing a new luxury rental option to the rapidly growing Tradition master-planned community.

The development will span approximately 18 acres and consist of 10 three-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 720 to 1,300 square feet. Every residence will include either a private balcony or a fenced ground-floor yard.

Tradition's combination of population growth, employment expansion, retail, and transportation access has made it an increasingly attractive location for multifamily developers.

What Residents Will Get

Designed by Group 4 Architecture, the community will feature a coastal contemporary aesthetic with bright interiors and premium finishes inspired by Florida's landscape.

The amenity package will focus heavily on wellness and outdoor living. Residents will have access to a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, coworking suites, private work-from-home offices, a resident lounge with full kitchen, package concierge, outdoor grilling areas, landscaped courtyards, and gathering spaces.

A walking trail around the property's on-site lake will also give residents additional space for outdoor recreation.

What Makes the Location Attractive

The property sits near Interstate 95 and Florida's Turnpike, giving residents convenient access throughout the Treasure Coast and toward Palm Beach County. It is also surrounded by growing retail, restaurants, single-family neighborhoods, and major employment centers.

Nearby employers include Amazon, Costco, and Cheney Brothers, while healthcare and educational facilities add to the area's appeal for working professionals and families.

For NRP, the project represents its second Florida development closing of 2026 as the company continues expanding in one of the country's fastest-growing states.

What Comes Next

Construction is already underway, with completion scheduled for summer 2028. The project adds another major multifamily development to Tradition and reflects the broader shift toward amenity-rich rental communities in fast-growing Florida markets.

The NRP Group currently has more than 69,000 apartment homes developed nationwide and continues to expand its market-rate and mixed-income portfolio across the country.
