Noble 33 Relocates HQ to Miami, Unveils 4-Restaurant Expansion Plan

A prominent hospitality group, Noble 33, with a presence in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, is making a significant move as it sets its sights on a major expansion into the vibrant city of Miami. 

What are the plans: Noble 33 is gearing up to shift its global headquarters to Miami's dynamic Wynwood neighborhood, a strategic decision aligned with its robust plans to open four new restaurants in the Magic City over the next two years.

Why they chose Miami: This move comes as Miami solidifies its status as a prime destination for upscale restaurant brands and retailers, with a surge in affluent newcomers attracted to the city during the pandemic. As the restaurants are set to open in Miami in the coming years, Miami will become Noble 33's largest market. The group aims to employ over 700 individuals in the Miami area by 2025, a significant contribution to the local job market. Notably, a substantial portion of the company's executive and operations team is already based in Miami.

What to expect from the upcoming move: Noble 33's expansion in Miami is set to make waves in the city's tourism, nightlife, and financial hubs. The group plans to open two restaurants at the forthcoming Moxy Miami Wynwood hotel, a Marriott property situated at 225 Northwest 25th Street. The first floor will host Sparrow Italia, an 8,700 square-foot restaurant designed by Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture and New York-based Icrave, expected to open in early 2024. Additionally, Casa Madera, a 17,000 square-foot Mexican restaurant, is planned for the hotel's top two floors in the spring.

The group's third restaurant, Toca Madera, a 14,000 square-foot Mexican steakhouse, is scheduled to open in the Brickell neighborhood at 1101 South Miami Avenue at the end of 2024. In Miami Beach, Noble 33 plans to introduce Meduza Mediterrania at 1620 Drexel Avenue in early 2025. These Miami establishments represent new additions to existing concepts among the 12 restaurants operated by Noble 33, located in London, Toronto, Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Las Vegas, Houston, New York, and Scottsdale, Arizona.

The expansion by Noble 33 aligns with a broader trend, where numerous restaurant operators are capitalizing on the influx of high-net-worth individuals relocating to Miami from cities like New York.
