What’s coming to Miami

Noble 33 Hospitality Group is preparing to introduce its Mēdüzā Mediterrania concept to Miami, adding another high-end dining option to the city’s expanding hospitality scene. The group, led by co-founders Mikey Tanha and Tosh Berman, already operates several well-known brands across major U.S. markets.

Mēdüzā is positioned as a luxury Mediterranean concept, with an existing location in New York and planned expansions across multiple cities.

Concept and menu direction

The restaurant focuses on elevated Mediterranean cuisine, blending Italian and coastal European influences. Signature dishes from its New York location include lobster arrabbiata, black truffle cacio e pepe, and grilled Spanish octopus.

This aligns with a broader trend in Miami where high-end, globally inspired dining concepts continue to gain traction, particularly in lifestyle-driven districts.

Potential location strategy

While an official Miami location has not been confirmed, recent activity suggests a possible foothold on Lincoln Road. A commercial property at 500 Lincoln Road was acquired by an entity linked to Noble 33, indicating a likely move into Miami Beach.

If confirmed, this would mark the group’s first presence in that submarket, expanding beyond its previous Wynwood operations.

Why it matters

Noble 33 has built a portfolio of premium dining brands, including Toca Madera, Casa Madera, and Sparrow Italia. Expanding Mēdüzā into Miami reinforces the city’s position as a top-tier hospitality and nightlife destination.

For investors and operators, this reflects continued demand for experiential dining concepts that combine cuisine, design, and social atmosphere.

What this means for Miami

Miami’s restaurant scene is becoming increasingly competitive at the luxury level. New entrants like Mēdüzā are targeting high traffic, high visibility locations with strong tourism and local demand.

This expansion highlights ongoing momentum in hospitality-driven real estate activation, particularly in areas like Miami Beach and Wynwood.
