Located at 37 Orange Road, this property sits near the bustling Bloomfield Avenue corridor, offering a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

Residents of The Clair benefit from proximity to the adjacent 159-key MC Hotel, also developed by Hampshire and Pinnacle in 2019. The hotel provides access to a range of amenities including a business center, indoor and outdoor lounges, a modern fitness center, and dry cleaning services. Additionally, residents enjoy perks such as discounted hotel accommodations, event catering, and savings at the hotel’s dining venues, including Allegory Restaurant & Bar, MC Market, and Alto Rooftop Lounge.
The developers emphasize the importance of community connection, both within the building and with the surrounding vibrant downtown area. The Clair's comprehensive amenity package, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and built by Deugen Design Build, includes valet parking, package service, community WiFi, electric vehicle charging stations, a clubhouse, a business center, an outdoor courtyard with grills, and a roof terrace. In-unit house cleaning services are also available.

The Clair was financed by OceanFirst Bank, with Sparrow Asset Management handling leasing and The Hampshire Cos. serving as property manager upon stabilization.
