Cartoon enthusiasts fondly recall the Nickelodeon Hotel, a beloved establishment near Disney World that operated from 2005 to 2018. Now, after about five years since its closure, Nickelodeon is set for a nostalgic comeback.

Modern Design with a Nod to Tradition

According to reports from the Orlando Sentinel, the new Nickelodeon Hotel will blend modern aesthetics with classic Spanish Mediterranean architecture at Everest Place. The ambitious project entails an 11-story hotel complex featuring two interconnected towers. The hotel itself will span an impressive 543,000 square feet of new construction.

Accommodations & Pricing

The hotel tower will house 211 guest rooms and 181 condos of various sizes, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. Residences vary in size from 505 square feet to 1,151 square feet, with the largest capable of accommodating up to nine adults. The condos are priced between $375,000 to $900,000, according to sources.

Themed Rooms & Amenities

Themed rooms will cater to different tastes, with options featuring beloved characters like SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Shared facilities at the hotel include a swimming pool, lazy river, and an amphitheater. Additionally, there's the innovative Slimunator, where guests can experience the iconic Nickelodeon slime.

While the exact address of the hotel/condo remains undisclosed, it is confirmed to be situated off Everest Place Boulevard in Central Florida. With its blend of modern amenities and nostalgic charm, the reimagined Nickelodeon Hotel promises to capture the hearts of both new and returning visitors, offering an unforgettable experience for cartoon enthusiasts of all ages.
