NFL Legend Terry Bradshaw Sells 800-Acre Oklahoma Ranch

NFL Hall-of-Famer Terry Bradshaw has successfully sold his expansive 800-acre ranch in Thackerville, Oklahoma, for a final undisclosed sum. The property, listed by Icon Global, has been a part of the real estate market on and off for several years. Bradshaw and his wife, Tammy, purchased the land in four separate parcels approximately two decades ago, and it also served as the backdrop for E! Television's "The Bradshaw Bunch."

The Road to Selling: A Long and Winding Journey

The sale of the ranch has been a journey filled with challenges, as Bradshaw explained, "Between my own schedule, the TV series, my family's changing needs, our horse and cattle business, as well as many other commitments, neither timing nor opportunity was ever on our side or completely aligned." Despite the difficulties, Bradshaw cherished the ranch he had built from the ground up.

Impressive Features of the Property

The main home on the property, spanning 8,600 square feet, boasts high ceilings, wood and tile floors, wood paneling, and four brick stone fireplaces. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it offers a luxurious living experience. Outdoors, there is a pool, a patio with a full kitchen, a bar, a fireplace, a sauna, and a fire pit. The property also features eight lakes and ponds, extensive riding trails, and several barns, including a 12-stall stallion barn, a 20-stall show barn, and a 50-stall mare barn with a laboratory.

A New Chapter for Bradshaw

As Bradshaw and his wife move on to a new property, Red River Equine, the former ranch is undergoing redevelopment as a breeding facility for American Quarter Horses. The ranch is now in the hands of two couples, Billy and Suzzone Franks of Texas and Chad and Tiffany Beus from Utah. Chad Beus expressed, "The large size of the ranch with its already established infrastructure and first-class facilities of the long-standing Bradshaw operation was a perfect platform from which to not only launch our operations but importantly to build upon, improve, and diversify."
