Terry Bradshaw, the legendary NFL figure and Fox Sports analyst, has officially bid farewell to his sprawling 744-acre ranch, concluding a chapter in his life marked by significant health challenges.

Iconic Farewell, Confidential Transaction

The transaction, orchestrated by the reputable Icon Global Group based in Dallas, was disclosed in a recent news release. While the initial listing price was an impressive $22.5 million, the final sale price remains undisclosed. The ranch, spanning 744 hectares and situated an hour north of the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Thackerville, Oklahoma, holds sentimental value for Bradshaw and his family.

Quiet Battles and Decisive Steps

In September 2022, amidst quiet struggles with bladder and skin cancer, the four-time Super Bowl winner decided to list the property. Denying rumors of serious illness, Bradshaw clarified his health status in a Facebook Live session from his new residence in Saint Jo, Texas. He candidly shared details of his health challenges, citing a lung issue from surgery and exacerbated asthma in Los Angeles.

Legacy Passed: New Stewards Emerge

The 744-hectare estate, complete with an 8,600-square-foot luxury home, scenic river views, and top-notch equestrian facilities, now belongs to Chad and Tiffany Beus, owners of Red River Equine. Alongside Billy and Suzzone Franks, they plan to elevate the ranch into a premier breeding, training, and sales preparation facility. Chad Beus emphasized the strategic value of the acquisition, citing the existing infrastructure as an ideal foundation for their business expansion.

A "Long and Winding Road" Ends

Describing the decision to sell the cherished 744-hectare ranch as a "long and winding road," Bradshaw acknowledged considering various offers over the years. In a released statement, he explained that factors such as his schedule, TV commitments, changing family needs, and other business obligations influenced the timing. Bradshaw and his wife, Tammy, found their "perfect sunset opportunity" in downsizing to a smaller residence, where they can continue to enjoy their passions on a more manageable scale.
