Newly Unveiled Santander Tower Promises 613K SF of Class A Office Above Brickell Avenue
In the heart of Brickell Avenue, the Project promises a dynamic environment with its thoughtful blend of aesthetics and functionality.
Traded Editorial
Plans have emerged for the construction of Santander Tower, a significant addition to Brickell Avenue's skyline. The project involves the demolition of an existing 14-story office building, with the permit currently under review.
Enhancing the Pedestrian Experience
The developer aims to redefine the pedestrian experience along Brickell Avenue with Santander Tower. Collaborating with the city's planning and zoning officials, the design emphasizes street-level activation. Civic space plazas, outdoor seating, enhanced landscaping, and transitional levels between the street and ground floor are integral components of the proposed streetscape.
Mix of Dining Options and Amenities
The lower floors of the tower will feature a variety of casual and fine dining establishments facing Brickell Avenue. In addition to dining options, the tower will boast a multi-level urban club atop the building podium, providing tenants and visitors with exclusive amenities.
Building Specifications
Santander Tower is slated to soar 40 stories high, reaching 765 feet above ground and 778 feet above sea level. It will encompass 612,918 square feet of Class A office space, along with 107,953 square feet dedicated to food and beverage establishments. The building will also house 1,496 parking spaces and is aiming for LEED Platinum certification.
