Plans have been unveiled for a striking residential tower named Two Riverside in Miami's vibrant Brickell neighborhood. This towering masterpiece is set to reach a staggering 59 stories, standing tall at 730 feet above ground and 732 feet above sea level. The development will be a significant addition to the city's skyline, offering 169 residential units and a generous 1,090 square feet of ground floor retail space. Surprisingly, Two Riverside will not be providing any new parking spaces on-site, with parking accommodations available at the nearby Lofty Brickell.
Reviving the Riverfront
Two Riverside is more than just a residential tower; it's a signature development designed to breathe new life into the riverfront. The project envisions a vibrant public riverwalk and inviting ground floor commercial spaces that will energize the community. Brandon Haw Architecture spearheads the design, while ODP takes on the role of the architect of record. Joining them in this ambitious venture are Urban Robot as the landscape architect, DeSimone as the structural engineer, Cosentini handling MEP/FP engineering, SLS Consulting overseeing life safety, and Kimley Horn as the civil engineer. The developer behind this transformative endeavor is Newgard Group.
