New Residential Building Proposed in Williamsbridge

A new residential development is in the works for 3743 White Plains Road, located in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of The Bronx. This lot is conveniently positioned near the 219th Street subway station, which is accessible by the 2 and 5 train lines. The project is being spearheaded by Shimon Greenfeld of SCG Capital LLC.

Project Details

The planned eight-story building is set to reach a height of 75 feet and will feature a total of 54,908 square feet dedicated to residential use. It will offer 78 apartments, with the majority likely to be rental units, as the average apartment size is estimated at 703 square feet. The structure will be made of concrete and will include a 53-foot-long rear yard for residents.

Nikolai Katz Architect has been designated as the architect for this development, overseeing the design and architectural planning.

Site and Timeline

The lot is currently vacant, meaning demolition permits are not required. However, the project’s completion timeline has yet to be disclosed.
