New Details Revealed of LCOR’s New Proposed Miami Development

LCOR, a leading real estate development and investment firm, has announced plans to build a 42-story, mixed-use tower at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami. 

The project in numbers: The development, dubbed 1775 Biscayne, will feature 544 new premium rental residences, 50,000 square feet of amenity space, a 628-space onsite parking garage, and over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The plans: The tower will be designed by ODP Architecture & Design and will have studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. The homes will be situated one block from Margaret Pace Park along Biscayne Bay and walking distance to the Metromover and Brightline, providing residents with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, as well as easy access to public transportation.

The facilities: Amenity spaces will include a rooftop pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, various tenant lounges and co-working spaces, a gaming area, and Wi-Fi. The building's unique garage screen was designed by Camber Studio and is composed of custom cement breeze blocks.

The firm behind the project: Construction is expected to begin during the second quarter of 2024. The project is a significant milestone for LCOR, as it marks the firm's first ground-up development in Florida.
