The residences will be reserved for households earning 30%, 60%, or 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). According to the project team, Miami-Dade County's current AMI is $87,200. Residents will also have access to several shared amenities, including a fitness center, coworking space for remote workers, and outdoor recreational areas designed to support community living.
