MG Developer is marking its 10th anniversary with Alhambra Parc, a mixed-use landmark at 33 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables. The project blends upscale residences, retail, and offices with a classic architectural style and detailed interiors.
Alhambra Parc is an eight-story, 170,000-square-foot mixed-use development that will feature 78 residences, 13,000 square feet of office space, and nearly 18,000 square feet of retail. It is designed by Bellin & Pratt Architects and co-developed with Vertical Developments.
Residential units will range from one to three bedrooms, measuring between 860 and 2,800 square feet. All units will include terraces. Pricing starts at $1 million, appealing to both owner-occupants and long-term investors looking for entry into the Coral Gables luxury market.
Amenities will include two rooftop decks with a pool, spa, outdoor kitchens, a Paraiso Garden, yoga garden, and a children’s play area. Additional features include a fitness center, business and coworking lounge, residents’ lounge, and landscaped public spaces.
Raymond Jimenez, founder of Raymond Nicolas and featured on Netflix’s Designing Miami and HGTV’s Divided by Design, is leading the interior design in collaboration with Carlos Guevara.
Their design draws from Coral Gables’ Mediterranean roots and Spain’s historic Alhambra Palace. Expect arched architectural features, sculptural finishes, and soft, elegant spatial compositions.
Materials will include travertine flooring, medium-toned oak, and custom lighting. Matte and aged copper metals will be used to bring contrast and depth throughout the amenity spaces.
Located near Miracle Mile and Coral Gables’ main cultural and retail districts, Alhambra Parc is ideally situated for affluent professionals, empty nesters, and seasonal buyers.
