NDT Development Unveils Recovery Spa at West Palm Beach’s Court Club

• NDT Development and partners are advancing Court Club, a private racquet, wellness and dining club at 1591 Kirk Road near West Palm Beach.
• The club will feature six tennis courts, six padel courts, two or more pickleball courts, a 25-meter lap pool and recovery-focused spa amenities. 
• 100 founding families had already joined by June, while the club is targeting a March 2027 opening with capacity initially capped at 200 member families. 

What NDT Development Is Building

NDT Development and its partners are bringing a new private-club concept to the West Palm Beach area, with Court Club combining racquet sports, wellness, dining and hospitality across more than five acres. The project is located at 1591 Kirk Road in Palm Springs, just south of Trump International Golf Club. NDT Development, the team behind West Palm Beach’s Nora District, is managing and operating the club.  The clubhouse was designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners and Ward + Gray, with the project built around indoor-outdoor social spaces, landscaped activity areas and resort-style amenities.

What The Recovery Spa Adds

The newly revealed Recovery Spa adds another layer to the club's recurring-use model. Planned wellness facilities include a social sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and thermal pool, treatment room and relaxation areas. The broader fitness program includes a 25-meter lap pool, outdoor fitness lawn and group classes, while the clubhouse will also provide locker and lounge areas connected to the recovery facilities. The concept is designed to keep members on the property beyond court time, with wellness, food and beverage and social programming forming part of the same membership experience.

What The Club Offers Members

Court Club's sports facilities include six HAR-TRU green-clay tennis courts, six padel courts and at least two pickleball courts. The property will also include an outdoor fitness lawn, covered loggia, poolside cabanas and an all-day restaurant and café. The dining program is being led by NDT Development and Nick Coniglio, whose hospitality portfolio includes Lamarina and Cucina Palm Beach. The club will have a 40-seat restaurant and café plus a 50-seat outdoor lounge and poolside service. 

What The Membership Demand Shows

The club already had 100 founding families and a reported 700-person applicant waitlist earlier this year, according to reporting on the project. Court Club's official membership materials now state that opening capacity will be limited to 200 member families, with management able to adjust membership if capacity allows. That early demand gives the project an operating model built around controlled membership rather than maximizing volume. The club is structured as a non-equity membership, meaning membership itself does not represent an ownership interest in the property. 

What Comes Next

Construction is underway, with the clubhouse already standing and the club targeting a March 2027 opening. The development team previously said the project was designed to create a modern version of the traditional Palm Beach club experience centered on families, wellness and racquet sports.  For South Florida real estate investors, Court Club reflects the growing role of private clubs and lifestyle amenities as part of the region's broader hospitality and residential ecosystem.
