PickUp USA Fitness, the largest basketball gym chain in the country, has announced a new franchised location in Hanover, MA. This new gym is owned by James Medeiros, a passionate basketball enthusiast and long-time Hanover resident.

James Medeiros, excited about this new venture, shared his long-standing dream of bringing a specialized basketball gym to Hanover. "I love basketball," Medeiros stated, expressing his enthusiasm for introducing the PickUp USA concept to the local market, which previously lacked a similar facility.

Successful Pre-Sales Campaign The Hanover location is nearing the end of a highly successful pre-sales campaign, with a soft opening planned for early July. Grace Ronquillo, VP of Marketing for PickUp USA, noted the impressive organic demand from both youth and adult basketball players, indicating strong market acceptance.

In addition to the Hanover gym, PickUp USA opened three new clubs in Q2 2024 and has six more under construction. The brand's strategy focuses on expanding in the Northeast, where demographics and basketball participation rates make it a prime area for growth.
