All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts is taking another swing at selling his Encino, CA, mansion, now priced at $8,495,000.

A Second Attempt at Selling

The off-season has come early for the Los Angeles Dodgers, giving their superstar, Mookie Betts, a chance to focus on real estate. Earlier this year, just before baseball's Opening Day, Betts listed his elegant mansion for almost $10 million. However, no one stepped up to the plate in the spring, and the house disappeared from the market in May. Now, with a 15% price cut, Betts hopes to finally find a buyer for his nine-bedroom, 9,400 square foot mansion.

Luxury at Its Best

Betts' stunning L.A.-area residence offers a grand entrance with a curvy staircase and high ceilings. The spacious living areas open onto a beautiful backyard. The property also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse, perfect for guests or extended family.

Impressive Features

The mansion boasts a chef's kitchen with a large island, high-end appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The main bedroom has a mini living room, a fireplace, two closets, two bathrooms, and space for a nursery or home office. Four additional bedrooms are located upstairs, with two more on the first floor for a housekeeper. Conveniently, laundry hookups are available on two different levels.

Entertainment Galore

For entertainment, the home features a plush-seated theater and a sauna. Outdoors, there's an infinity-edge pool and spa, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, a cabana, a putting green, and a separate building housing a gym, basketball court, and a bathroom.

A Look at the Star

Mookie Betts, who played six seasons for the Boston Red Sox before joining the Dodgers in 2020, is known for his impressive achievements both on and off the field. His $365 million, 12-year contract with the Dodgers made headlines, and now he's ready to make a deal on his luxurious Encino mansion.
