Note: Joseph Lanoale was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Monument Capital Management, where he leads the firm’s national multifamily investment strategy across its various funds and oversees continued expansion of its diversified portfolio nationwide. He brings nearly two decades of experience spanning real estate, private equity, and investment banking.

Most recently, Ianoale served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Mast Capital, where he helped oversee more than $4.5 billion in real estate assets. In that role, he led residential equity and debt investment strategies, acted as a key liaison between investment and development teams, and managed the full lifecycle of multifamily investments from acquisition and entitlement through active asset management.

Previously, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at LEM Capital, a top-decile real estate private equity firm with more than $1.8 billion in institutional capital commitments and over $9.3 billion invested. Earlier in his career, Ianoale worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities in the Infrastructure and Public Finance group, supporting more than $5 billion in transactions and building deep expertise in financial structuring, capital markets, and deal execution.
