The 6.5-acre project will combine residential and retail uses. The residential portion will include 38 two-story townhomes, while approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space will front Coral Way. The townhome community will offer three- and four-bedroom layouts. The mix includes eight three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residences; 22 four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residences; and eight four-bedroom, three-bath residences.

The residences will range from 1,615 to 1,826 square feet and will include private garages. Interior features will include impact-grade windows, high-end appliances, and energy-efficient upgrades. Prices for the townhomes currently start at $650,000, positioning Coral Nest within the West Kendall market for buyers seeking newer construction with more space and private parking.
What the Retail Component Will Bring
The retail portion of Coral Nest will occupy approximately 3.5 acres of the overall development and will have frontage along Coral Way.
