The CREO encompasses over 600,000 square feet of commercial retail, office, and entertainment spaces situated near the university’s main campus.
Diverse Tenant Base & Retail Portfolio
The CREO plays a vital role in fostering a diverse and expanding tenant base around 53rd Street in Hyde Park, contributing to the development of a lively commercial corridor.The retail portfolio within CREO comprises numerous independently owned and operated businesses, including a mix of prominent national tenants such as LA Fitness, Starbucks, Ulta, Stan’s Donuts, Sweetgreen, and Five Guys, among others. Mid-America Building Services has been instrumental in providing essential support services to the CREO team, including cleaning, day-porter, and maintenance services.
