Permits have been filed for a new commercial building at 29 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The proposed seven-story development, owned by Michael Weitzman of Spearhead Contracting LLC, will stand between North 13th and North 14th Streets, close to the Bedford Avenue subway station.

Project Details

The building, designed by Archimaera Architecture, will rise 78 feet tall and offer 38,813 square feet of office space. Notably, it will feature three rooftop terraces and accommodate one commercial loading berth along with 130 enclosed parking spaces.

Construction Plans and Timeline

Given the vacant status of the lot, demolition permits are unlikely to be required. However, no estimated completion date has been announced as of now.
