This acquisition marks Jordan's second investment in the Bears Club golf community, characterized by its exclusivity with only 61 homes spread across nearly 400 acres. Notably, the community features a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and is conveniently located just a mile away from the beach.

Luxury Living in 9,100-Square-Foot Home

The newly acquired property spans 9,100 square feet and offers lavish amenities, including five bedrooms, a four-car garage, guesthouse, and club room. The spacious great room encompasses the family area, dining spaces, and a modern kitchen. Additional features such as a wet bar, home gym, and a primary suite with outdoor access enhance the luxurious living experience. Despite his relocation from Illinois years ago, Jordan has yet to sell his custom-built home in Highland Park, IL, which has been on and off the market since 2012. Priced at $14,855,000, the 56,000-square-foot estate boasts numerous luxury amenities, including a regulation-size basketball court, circular infinity pool, putting green, tennis court, 14-car garage, and a dedicated cigar room.
