A visionary project set to redefine the 4-acre site at 400 Southeast 2nd Avenue along the Miami River, Miami Riverbridge is a three-tower mixed-use development designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Gencom. With updated renderings and phased plans unveiled, the project aims to breathe new life into downtown Miami.

The project features an ambitious near 3.8 million square foot development, with an 87-story tower poised to impact the Miami skyline significantly. This 'Supertall' tower, reaching 1,044 feet, is connected by a sky bridge on the 61st floor to another tower, showcasing forward-thinking design. The development includes three towers, each with distinct characteristics and purposes.
The project's design highlights an elegantly designed, predominantly oval-shaped podium from which the three towers emerge. Towers 1 and 2 exhibit a concave structural form, while Tower 3 displays an elliptical shape, adding visual contrast. Miami Riverbridge offers a mix of multifamily units, apartment/hotel units, hotel keys, and commercial space.

The development aims to enhance urban connectivity with a pedestrian bridge and riverwalk, transforming an underused parcel into a dynamic waterfront mixed-use complex. It aligns with the goals of the Miami River Greenway Action Plan, particularly for the Lower River section, by completing the Miami Riverwalk and enhancing public access to the riverfront.

Miami Riverbridge is expected to generate significant employment opportunities and catalyze downtown Miami's waterfront rejuvenation. It supports the "Working River" industries through new hotel, retail, and meeting spaces, serving as a destination landscape attracting visitors and residents.
Developers anticipate obtaining building permits within the next few years, signaling progress towards the realization of this transformative project.
