JDS Development Group and Mercedes-Benz have unveiled plans for Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, a monumental 67-story mixed-use residential project designed by SHoP Architects. Set to be completed by 2027, this project aims to redefine urban living with its innovative design and comprehensive amenities.

Mercedes-Benz Places will occupy 1 Southside Park, offering over 2.5 million square feet of mixed-use space. This includes 791 branded residences, 130,000 square feet of amenities, 200,000 square feet of office space, a 174-key hotel, retail outlets, and parking facilities. Pricing for residences ranges from $550,000 to $4 million, with penthouses yet to be released.
