• Two Interconnected Towers: Both towers will be 64 stories tall, with Tower 2 being slightly shorter at an estimated 760 feet.​

• Mixed-Use Components: The development will include 791 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom condominiums, a 200-room hotel, office spaces, wellness and fitness facilities, and ground-floor retail.​
