Marquette Management Takes Over Three Chicagoland Rental Properties

Marquette Management, a renowned property management firm, has recently expanded its portfolio with the addition of three rental communities in the suburbs of Chicago. This move not only strengthens the company's presence in the region but also underscores its commitment to providing top-notch services to community residents and property owners alike.

Expanding the Portfolio

The three new additions to Marquette's portfolio are Ovaltine Court in Villa Park, The Ponds of Naperville in Naperville, and Woodlands of Crest Hill in Crest Hill. These properties collectively bring an additional 1,290 apartments under Marquette's management, pushing its total to over 40 properties and 14,787 units.

Property Highlights

Ovaltine Court, an adaptive reuse of the historic Ovaltine Factory, offers 344 apartments ranging from one to two bedrooms. The Ponds of Naperville, located near the Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve, boasts 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments spread across multiple buildings. The Woodlands of Crest Hill, nestled on 17 wooded acres, provides 730 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.

Overcoming Market Challenges

Despite the strong demand for suburban rentals in the Chicago area, the multifamily market faces several challenges. Marquette Management's COO, Jim Cunningham, acknowledges these headwinds but remains confident in the firm's ability to navigate them. He attributes the award of these property management contracts to Marquette's exceptional service record and strong reputation among both community residents and property owners.

Conclusion

Marquette Management's recent acquisition of these three rental communities in Chicagoland is a testament to the firm's growth and commitment to service excellence. As the company continues to expand its portfolio, it sets a high standard for property management in the region.
