Prior to joining Black Lion, Shandler built an extensive legal career advising on complex real estate transactions, corporate governance, and investment structures. His dual expertise in law and operations positions him to play a pivotal role as Black Lion continues scaling its portfolio of luxury hospitality, dining, and entertainment assets.
