  • Construction continues on 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace at 575 S. Rosemary Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach, where the two towers will deliver nearly 1 million square feet of Class A office space.
  • Both buildings are being developed by Related Ross, but each features a distinct architectural design from a different internationally recognized firm.
  • The mixed-use development has already secured major tenants, including ServiceNow, Cleveland Clinic, BDO, Shutts & Bowen, Inclenberg Investments, and Related Ross.

What Is Being Built at CityPlace

Construction is steadily moving forward on 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace, two premier office towers rising within the CityPlace district at 575 S. Rosemary Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach. Together, the development will add nearly 960,000 square feet of Class A office space, reinforcing the city's growing reputation as one of South Florida's leading business destinations. Recent construction photos show both reinforced concrete structures climbing higher, supported by four tower cranes across the site. 10 CityPlace has reached approximately six stories, while 15 CityPlace has progressed to around seven stories, putting it slightly ahead in construction.

What Makes Each Tower Different

Although the buildings are part of the same development, each tower has its own architectural identity. 10 CityPlace is a 470,000-square-foot office tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). The building features curved floor plates, landscaped collaboration spaces, private terraces, and direct access to CityPlace's restaurants, retail, and public gathering areas. Next door, 15 CityPlace is a 25-story, 490,000-square-foot office tower designed by Arquitectonica, with interior design by Fogarty Finger. The tower incorporates flowing slab edges and rounded corners that create a distinctive silhouette. It will also feature nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, a rooftop sky garden, private terraces on the upper five floors, and expansive views overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island. Together, the two buildings showcase complementary designs while giving each tower its own unique architectural character.

What Major Companies Are Moving In

The development has already attracted several high-profile tenants that reflect West Palm Beach's expanding business community. ServiceNow will anchor 10 CityPlace, where it plans to establish a West Palm Beach Innovation Hub and AI Institute, creating a major presence for the technology company in South Florida. At 15 CityPlace, Cleveland Clinic will open a new outpatient medical facility offering chemotherapy, imaging, outpatient surgery, and concierge medicine connected to its nearby hospital campus. The tower will also become the expanded headquarters for Related Ross, while additional tenants include BDO, Shutts & Bowen, Inclenberg Investments, and another financial services firm.

What This Means for Downtown West Palm Beach

The continued progress of 10 and 15 CityPlace highlights the strong demand for modern office space in Downtown West Palm Beach. As financial firms, technology companies, healthcare providers, and professional service firms continue expanding into the region, new developments like CityPlace are helping reshape the city's commercial real estate market. Both towers are expected to be completed in 2027, adding premium office, retail, and dining space while further establishing Downtown West Palm Beach as one of Florida's fastest-growing business districts.
