Features of the 59 Logistics Center

The 59 Logistics Center is situated at 17440 Highway 59 and boasts a 36-foot clear height. It is equipped with 93 dock-level doors, four drive-in doors, and parking spaces for 119 trailers. United Airlines is currently undertaking significant tenant improvements to tailor the building to its operational needs.

Development and Sale by Hunt Southwest

The facility was developed by Hunt Southwest Real Estate Development, a Dallas-based company specializing in state-of-the-art industrial properties. Hunt Southwest managed the leasing process, securing United Airlines as the tenant before selling the building to Macquarie. Nathan Wynne led the team representing Hunt Southwest in this transaction.

Additional Land for Development

The acquisition also includes nine acres of developable land, which is suitable for additional parking or storage facilities. This additional space offers potential for further expansion and development to meet growing logistics needs.
