What the New Hotel Will Offer
Viceroy Hotels & Residences is preparing to open Viceroy Park Avenue, a new luxury hotel in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood. Scheduled to welcome its first guests in December, the property occupies a prime location at the intersection of Park Avenue South and East 29th Street, placing visitors within walking distance of Madison Square Park, the Flatiron District, and Midtown Manhattan. The hotel will include 252 guestrooms and suites, highlighted by four presidential suites. Three specialty penthouse suites on the 18th floor will range from 755 to 2,100 square feet, while a duplex presidential suite will offer approximately 2,000 square feet of living and entertaining space. Interiors by Meyer Davis Studio emphasize contemporary luxury, while the property will also feature a rooftop pool and lounge, wellness facilities, a spa, and flexible meeting and event spaces.
What Guests Can Expect From the Dining Experience
Food and beverage operations will be managed by Tao Group Hospitality, bringing one of the hospitality industry's most recognizable restaurant operators to the project. Guests will have access to a signature ground-floor restaurant and café, along with a rooftop destination featuring an outdoor swimming pool, pool bar, cocktail lounge, and social spaces overlooking the Manhattan skyline. The property will also include more than 15,000 square feet of private event and meeting space, making it suitable for corporate events, weddings, and luxury gatherings.
