After four years of ownership, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are putting their Hidden Hills estate on the market for $17.5 million, a significant increase from its purchase price of $9.5 million. The property, fashioned in the modern farmhouse architectural style, spans nearly 12,000 square feet, boasting six bedrooms and 7.5 baths.

The substantial price hike reflects the surging demand for properties in guard-gated communities like Hidden Hills within Los Angeles.
