Life Care Services Opens State-of-the-Art Senior Living Community in Florham Park, NJ

Life Care Services, the third-largest operator of senior living communities in the United States, recently celebrated the grand opening of its second senior living community in New Jersey: the Delaney at the Green, located at 110 Park Avenue in Florham Park.

The team behind the project: The Delaney at the Green was meticulously designed by the renowned architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, with interior design expertise provided by StudioSix5. The community boasts a total of 128 independent living apartments, 58 assisted living apartments, and 34 memory care apartments.

Brimming with amenities: This exceptional senior living community offers a wealth of modern amenities and an elevated dining experience, featuring multiple dining venues, including an inviting indoor-outdoor pub. In addition, residents can indulge in a full-service salon and spa, partake in fitness activities at the aerobics and fitness studios, enjoy films in the on-site movie theater, relax in the clubroom, and even take their furry friends to the dog park.
