Lefferts Bringing Iconic NYC Restaurant Roberta’s to 72 Park in Miami Beach

Real estate development firm Lefferts has announced that Roberta's, a popular New York City restaurant, will open its first location in Florida at 72 Park, a luxury condominium in Miami Beach.

What’s this restaurant about: Roberta's was founded in 2008 in Brooklyn and has since expanded to multiple locations in New York City and other places. The restaurant is known for its creative menu that features a mix of local, international, and homegrown ingredients.

What to expect of 72 Park: The 72 Park location will be Roberta's  first restaurant in Florida. It will be located on the first floor of the 22-story condominium tower, which is slated for completion in Summer 2024.

The condominium tower will offer luxury residences ranging from 410 to 2,200 square feet, with prices starting in the $700,000s. The tower will also feature 64,000 square feet of amenities, including an expansive amenity deck with a pool, bar, and fitness center.
