Lee & Associates Arranges Sale of Inglewood Hotel to Greens Inc.

Lee & Associates has successfully orchestrated the sale of the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel, situated at 10300 La Cienega Blvd. in Inglewood, in proximity to Los Angeles International Airport.

Who sold: A family trust, the longtime owner of the hotel for 23 years, has completed the sale of the property to Greens Inc., headquartered in Irvine, for a total of $23.7 million, equivalent to $159,932 per room. Although the exact number of rooms was not disclosed, this pricing corresponds to approximately 148 guest rooms.

The team: The seller was represented in the transaction by Matt Orville, Marshal Vogt, and Jaimeson Hearne of Lee & Associates Orange, with a referral provided by Vanessa Herzog of Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest.
