LeCesse Development Corp. has recently unveiled TRIO at JubiLee Park, a luxurious apartment complex consisting of 292 units situated in suburban Orlando. This marks the third phase of the JubiLee Park project developed by the local company.

Development Phases

The JubiLee Park project comprises three phases, including BellaNova at JubiLee Park and Cortland at JubiLee Park, which were launched in 2019 and 2015, respectively. With the addition of TRIO, the total number of units within the development reaches 934.

Construction Details

TRIO began construction in 2022, funded by a $67.9 million loan provided by Western-Southern Financial Group and Famlee Investment Co. FORUM Architecture designed the community, with Florida Engineering Group as the civil engineer, and Roger B. Kennedy Construction handling general contracting services.

Apartment Features and Amenities

TRIO offers a variety of apartment layouts ranging from studio to three-bedroom units across three four-story buildings. The interiors boast premium features such as plank flooring, quartz countertops, Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats, and smart locks. The community amenities cover a vast area of 10.5 acres and include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with fitness facilities, coworking spaces, communal kitchens, game rooms, and theaters. Outdoor facilities consist of a swimming pool with cabanas, fire pits, and a dog park.

Location Advantage

Situated at 7663 Jubilee Park Blvd., TRIO enjoys convenient access to Florida State Road 528, which connects to major highways serving the greater Orlando area. Moreover, the city’s Business District lies just eight miles northeast of the community.

LeCesse Development's Activity

In addition to launching TRIO, LeCesse Development Corp. has been active in both development and investment sectors. Recently, the firm sold Avila, a 269-unit luxury community in Oviedo. Furthermore, they are currently involved in The Sarah at Crescent Park, a 252-unit community expected to conclude construction later this year.

Orlando's Development Landscape

Despite a slowdown in rent growth and transaction volumes, Orlando continues to witness robust development activity. Yardi Matrix data indicates a significant increase in unit deliveries, with 154,366 units coming online between January and June of the previous year, representing a year-over-year rise in deliveries.
