LCOR has submitted a proposal to build a 42-story apartment tower at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami.

The plan: The tower will include 544 rental apartments, 10,106 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 628-space parking garage.

The team behind the proposal: The project is being developed by LCOR and designed by ODP Architects, with interiors by Karen Asprea Studio. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024 and cost an estimated $150 million.

Location, location, location: The tower is located in a prime location in Edgewater, just steps from the waterfront and close to many popular restaurants, shops, and attractions. The project is also well-served by public transportation, with easy access to the Metrorail and Metromover.

The development will provide a much-needed addition of housing and retail to Edgewater, and is expected to be a popular destination for residents and visitors alike.
