LCOR has introduced a groundbreaking marketing tool to promote the Hoboken Connect mixed-use development in Hoboken, New Jersey. This initiative features a "280-degree immersive room" created by Pixel Artworks, allowing potential residents and businesses to virtually explore the forthcoming development.

Hoboken Connect is a multi-phase project developed in collaboration with NJ Transit and the City of Hoboken. The nearly 2-acre site near Hoboken Terminal will include residential and office buildings, along with new public spaces. This development is designed as a transit-oriented project, focusing on integrating transportation and community needs.

The initial phase involves a 27-story residential building, designed by SLCE Architects. This structure will offer 386 units, with 20 percent allocated for affordable housing. Residents will have access to various amenities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and coworking spaces.

The second phase will introduce a 21-story office building, providing 704,000 square feet of Class A office space. This building will feature amenities such as outdoor loggias and a conference facility, catering to modern business needs.

The immersive room, a first in real estate marketing, uses a surrounding projection and a 65-inch 4K OLED screen to offer a virtual experience of the 21-story office tower. This innovative tool enables visitors to visualize the completed project in a low-carbon, eco-friendly manner. Additionally, Pixel Artworks created a video animation that highlights Hoboken’s historical and future landscape.

According to Lo Romero, vice president at LCOR, the immersive room is a revolutionary way to showcase the Hoboken Connect development. It reflects the evolving nature of space design and marketing, offering a unique and memorable experience. Romero emphasizes that Hoboken Connect is a significant project deserving an equally remarkable marketing approach.
