Lansing Building Products secured a 66,017-square-foot space within the Suncoast Commerce Center, an 884,000-square-foot industrial site in Fort Myers. Lee & Associates represented the owner in the transaction, while Lansing was represented by Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida in the lease negotiations.

The significance of this deal has been recognized with a 2024 CoStar Impact Award for lease of the year for Southwest Florida. Judges highlighted the potential local impacts of Lansing's operations, acknowledging the company's role in driving growth despite challenges like hurricanes in recent years.

Developed by EastGroup Properties, the Suncoast Commerce Center is strategically located less than a mile away from Interstate 75. This proximity provides easy access to major hubs like Tampa Bay and South Florida, positioning the area as a crucial link for transportation and distribution networks.

Lansing Building Products operates across 35 states with over 112 locations. With a workforce of over 1,900 employees, Lansing's expansion into the Suncoast Commerce Center adds to its nationwide footprint and solidifies its position as a key player in the construction supply industry.
