Note: L+M Development Partners has appointed Joe Curatolo as Chief Financial Officer, reinforcing the firm’s leadership in affordable and mixed-income housing. Since joining L+M in 2021, Curatolo has played a key role in financial management and investment oversight.

In his new role, he will lead L+M’s financial strategy, manage relationships with lenders and investors, and oversee treasury, accounting, and financial planning. Before L+M, he held senior leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, where he led finance and portfolio management for the Urban Investment Group. His corporate finance and investment management expertise will be instrumental in L+M’s continued growth and expansion.

Education: New York University, Master's in Business
