The project is being developed by PMG and Lion Development Group alongside Eden Residential and Sterling Equities in partnership with Palm Tree Crew, the lifestyle and entertainment company co-founded by world-renowned DJ Kygo and entrepreneur Myles Shear. The development will include 483 fully furnished residences ranging from junior suites to three-bedroom units designed around hospitality, wellness, entertainment, and flexible living. Sales are expected to officially launch in early June, ahead of FIFA World Cup activity heading to Miami.
