Kushner Real Estate Group has secured a lease for 9,624 square feet at Bedminster 78 Corp Center, an office building with a total area of 139,000 square feet located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The new tenant, Biocon Biologics, will use the space as its North American headquarters. The lease agreement was negotiated by Drew Persson of Avison Young, representing the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the deal.

Features and Location of Bedminster 78 Corp Center

The Bedminster 78 Corp Center is a Class B office building with three stories, located at 685 U.S. Route 202/206. It includes two passenger elevators, large floor plates measuring 46,196 square feet each, 2,500 square feet of retail space, and 680 parking spots. Originally completed in 1986, the building underwent cosmetic updates in 2009. The property houses tenants such as CyberThink Inc. and CTech Analytical Solutions, as reported by CommercialEdge. The office is situated on a 10-acre site with direct access to Interstate 287 and is located 30 miles north of Trenton, New Jersey. It is also in proximity to Linden Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport, which are 26 and 33 miles away, respectively.

Key Representatives in the Lease Agreement

The negotiation for the lease involved key representatives, including Justin Gingeleskie, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director William O’Keefe, and Executive Managing Director Charlie Parmelli, who represented the tenant Biocon Biologics.

Ongoing Office Leasing Activity in New Jersey

This lease is part of a broader trend of office leasing activity in New Jersey. Earlier this year, accounting and consulting firm Meisel, Tuteur & Lewis PC signed a 22,000-square-foot lease at the Eisenhower/280 Corporate Center in Roseland, New Jersey. This relocation was facilitated by Vision Real Estate Partners. Additionally, since February, JLL has been overseeing the leasing for The Iris, a new office project by BPD Holdings in Montclair, New Jersey, designed by Gensler, which will feature 130,000 square feet of office space. The project is set to be built on the site of a former six-story warehouse.
