Two Tower Design

The project, designed by INOA Architecture, features two towering structures. Together, they will offer 1,008 rental units. The first tower is planned to rise 51 stories high, containing 427 units, while the second tower is expected to house 581 units at a similar height.

Additional Features and Amenities

The development plan also includes a podium that will accommodate commercial spaces and parking facilities. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, although specific details have yet to be released.

Strategic Location and Contractor Information

Conveniently located a short distance from Newark Penn Station, the site will provide easy access to Manhattan and other parts of New Jersey. YNH Construction is identified as the contractor for the project, though the timeline for construction has not been disclosed.
