Key International Unveils Plans for 50-story Office Tower in Brickell

Miami's skyline is about to witness a transformation with the unveiling of plans for what is projected to become the city's most iconic class-A office tower. The ambitious project, led by Key International and designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, is set to redefine the city's architectural landscape.

What the upcoming project will entail: To make way for this groundbreaking development, a smaller office building located at 848 Brickell Avenue will be demolished, setting the stage for the new tower. The proposed office tower will rise an impressive 50 stories, reaching a height of 756 feet above sea level at the top parapet, exuding grandeur and sophistication.

The development in numbers: The new tower will feature, among other things, 750,901 square feet of Class A office space, designed to meet the highest industry standards and a lavish 40,000 square-foot amenity level, providing an array of facilities and services for the tenants.

In addition to that, tenants and employees will have access to 6,506 square feet dedicated to food and beverage establishments on level 1, promising a culinary experience within the premises.

Finally, the project will be equipped with a well-designed 10-level parking garage accommodating a total of 1,006 parking spaces, ensuring convenience for those utilizing the facility.
