John Fogerty, the legendary frontman of Creedence Clearwater Revival, has put his lavish Hidden Hills, CA, property on the market for $21.5 million. The sprawling estate, covering 2.26 acres in the Los Angeles area, comprises a stunning main residence, guesthouse, barn, and pool house, offering a total of five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

A Star-Studded History

Fogerty acquired the estate in 2023 for $17.2 million from actor Sylvester Stallone, who had owned it for two years. This isn't Fogerty's first venture into real estate; previously, he sold his Encino, CA, mansion to actress Hailee Steinfeld in 2021 and listed his Thousand Oaks, CA, property for nearly $20 million in 2023.

A Closer Look Inside

Nestled in a guard-gated community, the estate welcomes visitors with a long, gated driveway leading to the meticulously landscaped main house. Inside, a grand foyer with a double-height ceiling sets the tone for the luxurious residence, complemented by a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and pocket doors opening onto a covered patio.

The chef's kitchen boasts marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and elegant white cabinets, while a formal dining room features a wall of windows overlooking the picturesque surroundings. Additional amenities include a sitting room with a fireplace, a home theater, an office, and a massage room.

Expansive Grounds and Amenities

The property offers more than just a main residence; it includes a charming guesthouse with wood-beamed ceilings and a well-appointed kitchen, as well as a pool house with an open layout and abundant natural light. Outside, the grounds feature a greenhouse, four-car garage, custom pool and spa, and orchards with mature fruit trees, all set amidst drought-resistant landscaping.

A Musical Legacy

At 78, Fogerty remains a musical icon, known for his role in Creedence Clearwater Revival, which was active from 1967 to 1972 and inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993. Following the band's dissolution, Fogerty embarked on a successful solo career.

John Fogerty's Hidden Hills estate offers a luxurious retreat with a star-studded history, expansive living spaces, and impeccable grounds, embodying the epitome of California luxury living.
