Mixed Use

In an exciting move, Chicago-based developer John Buck, in partnership with Miami-based Florida Value Partners, Aventura-based BH Group, and Boca Raton-based Pebb Enterprises, is set to transform the Miami skyline with a grand 41-story mixed-use tower. The visionary project, named HUB Miami, aims to combine the best of residential living and office spaces. Let's delve into the details of this groundbreaking venture.

A Skyscraper Rises: HUB Miami's Ascent

John Buck and his dynamic team have secured a development site at 525 and 533 Northwest Second Avenue, primed for a 41-story skyscraper. This architectural marvel will boast 306 luxurious condos and a sprawling 245,000 square feet of cutting-edge office space. With the city's site plan approval already in hand, the project is set to redefine Miami's skyline.

Demolition in Motion

The joint venture wasted no time in acquiring the property, investing $39.5 million in a four-story warehouse, an unfinished parking garage, and two vacant parcels spanning an impressive 1 acre. Demolition of the warehouse and parking garage is scheduled to kick off by year-end, marking the start of an exciting transformation.

Affordable Luxury and Prime Office Spaces

HUB Miami is set to cater to a diverse audience. The condo component, designed by Hollywood-based ODP Architects, will offer units starting in the mid-$400,000s. On the other hand, the office component, led by CBRE, promises spacious and modern office suites on the ninth through 21st floors, with floor plates ranging from 18,000 to 32,000 square feet.

A Legacy of Excellence

The driving forces behind this venture come with impressive track records. John Buck's firm, established in 1981, has a history of success, having acquired, developed, and redeveloped over 47 million square feet of properties. Florida Value Partners, Pebb Enterprises, and BH Group, with their substantial experience, have a multitude of projects across South Florida, showcasing their commitment to shaping the region's future. Together, they are poised to make HUB Miami a symbol of excellence in the heart of downtown Miami.
