Note: JLL is pleased to announce the appointment of Executive Managing Director Dan McGowan as South Florida Broker Lead. Specializing in tenant representation, McGowan has built a robust portfolio of clients spanning legal, finance, technology and professional services, and has executed transactions across the United States and globally. Based in Miami, McGowan will replace former market lead Rod Barnes, who retired in December after a successful 15-year tenure at JLL.

Previously, as the Denver-based Broker Lead for the Rocky Mountain region, McGowan delivered exceptional client results in working with businesses from Fortune 100 companies to industry-leading startups, all the while building a highly successful team with revenue growth over 25%, recruiting top talent in emerging real estate sectors such as data centers and healthcare and growing premier retail, industrial, and office brokerage teams. He will continue to serve his Rocky Mountain clients with the support of local teams, and will use his network and expertise to grow JLL’s presence in South Florida.
